Responsibilities

• B2B sales to CISOs, IT managers, compliance officers, data protection officers, and HR departments
• Marketing of certification courses, e-learning licenses, and corporate packages
• Active lead generation via telephone, email, and social selling (LinkedIn/XING)
• Accompanying the sales cycle from initial contact to course booking

Requirements

Remuneration & Framework:

• Experience in B2B sales (preferably IT, SaaS, software, or further education/e-learning)
• Interest in IT security, regulatory compliance, and corporate AI
• Goal-oriented way of working and structured sales approach
• Fluent German
• Onboarding: Comprehensive product and technical training beforehand 100% free of charge
• Commission: Scalable commission structure from 10% to 25% on all brokered course fees and licenses
• Contract type: Freelance (invoice) or commercial agent contract according to § 84 HGB
• Support: High-converting landing pages, advertising materials, and direct technical exchange with trainer András Varga
• Work location: 100% Remote, flexible working hours
