- Commercial processing of customer orders and initiation of technical commissioning of relevant specialist departments
- Creation, maintenance, and adaptation of contract and service documents within the scope of existing and new customer contracts
- Maintenance and management of contract-relevant data, metadata, and follow-ups in SAP systems
- Creation of status reports and preparation of sales and contract-relevant information
- Mapping of customer contracts and sales value flows in SAP SD according to internal guidelines
- Analysis of deviations in accounting and contract data and coordination of suitable corrective measures
- Preparation and initiation of invoicing and billing processes, including periodic settlements and credit notes
- Coordination of information transfer regarding contractual service obligations to involved specialist and service departments, as well as the initiation of commercial customer acceptances

Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in contract, order, sales support, or sales environment
- Familiarity with commercial processes, contract management, and invoicing and billing processes
- Expertise in the maintenance and management of contract-relevant master data, contract metadata, and documentation
- Confident handling of economic key figures and analysis of deviations in accounting and contract data
- Experience in creating reporting and coordinating sales and service-related processes
- Practical experience with SAP systems, ideally SAP SD
- Structured way of working and strong organizational and communication skills
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
