Salesforce Administrator/Developer (L2/L3 Support)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration where needed.​
• Provide L2/L3 support: analyze incidents, identify root cause, implement fixes, and communicate status to stakeholders.​
• Design and deliver automations using Flows; improve performance and reduce manual work.​
• Manage data and integrations support: troubleshoot data issues, use Data Loader, and coordinate with integration teams when required.​
