Salesforce Business Analyst

Project overview

For our TITANS freelancers team, we are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for a long-term international project.

Project requirements

• collection, analysis, and critical assessment of business requirements in cooperation with local business and IT stakeholders
• transformation of requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• analysis of existing Salesforce functionality and assessment of possibilities to cover business requirements with standard platform features
• identification of functional gaps and proposal of necessary adjustments to existing processes or solutions
• collaboration with the Salesforce delivery team in designing functional solutions and clarifying requirements
• support for local markets during solution design, testing, defect resolution, and deployment preparation
• analysis and resolution of specific requirements of individual markets, including situations where local Salesforce administrative capacities are limited
• acting as a functional link between business teams, local stakeholders, and the Salesforce delivery team
• preparation and facilitation of workshops focused on requirements analysis, problem identification, and decision-making
• coordination of open topics and ensuring their transformation into concrete tasks and deliverable outputs
• support for the international rollout program and alignment of local needs with the existing Salesforce solution
• collaboration takes place in a 100% REMOTE mode
• min. 5 years of project experience in business or functional analysis, ideally in Salesforce projects
• advanced knowledge of Salesforce from both functional and solution perspectives
• ability to work independently and quickly orient oneself in an existing program
• excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder management in an international environment
• ability to lead workshops, coordinate open topics, and steer discussions towards concrete decisions
• experience with:
• Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
• analysis of business requirements and their translation into functional specifications
• creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
• assessment of standard Salesforce capabilities and identification of functional gaps
• collaboration with business, IT, and delivery teams in solution design and implementation
• advantageous experience with:
• international or multi-country Salesforce rollouts
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• independence
• analytical thinking
