Salesforce CRM Technical Project Manager (Luxury Retail)

Project overview

Description

Partner with solution architects to turn business and technical requirements into clear designs and development tasks.

Lead the technical delivery of customer and data platform initiatives.

Provide guidance to developers and make key implementation decisions.

Ensure solutions follow established standards, best practices, and overall technical direction.

Support Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, technical reviews, and issue resolution.

Validate new platform capabilities and recommend how they can be applied to business needs.

Drive engineering best practices across development, testing, deployment, and release management.

Oversee code quality, testing processes, and overall solution reliability.

Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and serve as an escalation point for the delivery team.

Maintain strong knowledge of customer data, CRM, and integration technologies.

Partner with business and product stakeholders to assess requirements, estimate effort, and provide technical recommendations.

Identify opportunities for platform improvements and provide feedback to architecture and leadership teams.

Ability to balance strategic objectives with hands-on technical execution.

Must be a Salesforce Certified Administrator

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
