The Client implemented a Salesforce CRM in 2013, and this tool is one of the essential components of its information system. Business, sales, and Digital Support processes have been implemented there.

- As a Salesforce technical expert, you will be proactive in designing Salesforce technical components as part of platform evolution and ongoing projects.

- SalesForce Service Cloud and Sales Expertise
- SFDX, Copado
- Jira Usage
- Participation in agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, sprint review, ...)
