We are looking for a

Salesforce Expert (m/f/d) Enablement

Reference number: 30788

Responsibilities

The engagement is for 3-4 days per week (negotiable) with occasional on-site appointments by arrangement.

• Conceptualization and execution of Salesforce training and train-the-trainer formats, including creation of training materials.
• Setup and optimization of support, escalation, and SLA processes (1st
• 3rd Level).
• Coordination with IT service providers and moderation of handovers and workshops.
• Consulting and coaching on Salesforce operations, incident/change management, and marketing, sales, commerce, and MuleSoft processes.
• Creation of runbooks, SOPs, and recommendations for action for sustainable operation.

Requirements

• Sound Salesforce knowledge (Sales Cloud, Commerce, Marketing Modules/Automation).
• Experience in setting up support and operational processes (1st-3rd Level) and Service Management
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations, especially operational aspects
• Strong training and moderation skills and experience with multi-site rollouts
• Very good German or English skills
