• Independent processing and final resolution of error tickets and changes – from error analysis to troubleshooting and production deployment.
• Analysis, reproduction, and resolution of complex errors in the supported SAP applications.
• Performing necessary ABAP/ABAP OO programming, customizing adjustments, and implementation of SAP notes.
• Evaluation, conception, and implementation of business requirements and new requirements.
• Performing tests, control activities, and coordination and monitoring of transports and production deployments.
• Creation and maintenance of technical concepts, business analyses, and system documentation.
• Coordination with business departments, developers, and adjacent modules to ensure stable system operation.
• Support of ABAKUS functionalities: subsidy object, subsidy management, object management, prolongation, and eAkte.
• Support and further development of SAP workflows as well as support in the integration and connection of adjacent applications.
• Coordination with upstream applications, especially Finanz@ss, FGCenter, and customer portal, as well as downstream applications such as reporting and data warehouse.
• Support in optimizing existing business processes and further developing the SAP application landscape.

Your Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience with Abacus
• At least 3-5 years of experience with SAP GP
• At least 1-3 years of experience with ABAP and ABAPOO
• Experience with SAP BRF+ / SAP BRFplus
• Experience with SAP CML
• Experience with SAP CMS
• Sound knowledge in SAP ABAKUS and SAP GP as well as their module support and customizing
• Good knowledge in ABAP and ABAP Objects (ABAP OO)
• Experience in independent error analysis and troubleshooting in the SAP environment
• Experience in evaluating and implementing changes and new requirements
• Knowledge in installing SAP notes, adjustments, and modifications
• Experience in transport management and coordination of production deployments
• Knowledge in SAP Workflow and SAP ArchiveLink
• Experience in creating technical concepts, analyses, and documentation
• Knowledge of interfaces and process dependencies to adjacent applications
• Experience in developing and maintaining institution-specific SAP workflows and customizings
• Knowledge in KfW-BDO (Bankdurchleitung Online), SAP BRF+, SAP CML, and SAP CMS
• Experience in automating business processes based on IPLS1, IPLS2, and PlugIn
• Experience in supporting interfaces to the electronic file (eAkte)
• Knowledge in converting SAP modules to SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in the subsidized banking or banking environment, ideally with knowledge of the customer's system landscape and processes
