SAP Analytics Consultant – RE Reporting

For a client project, we are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Consultant with a focus on Reporting in the SAP Real Estate environment (RE / RE-FX). The focus is on the conception and implementation of reporting solutions with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, as well as the connection of the SAP S/4HANA backend.

Responsibilities

• Review and completion of functional concepts in close cooperation with the business departments and execution of requirements workshops.
• Creation of technical detailed concepts for RE reporting applications across SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP S/4HANA, including required CDS Views.
• End-to-end implementation of reporting solutions, taking into account customer-specific development standards.
• Modeling and consolidation of real estate, contract, and financial data, as well as implementation of the required data flows and transformations.
• Analysis and coordination of migration requirements with the business departments and SAP module managers.
• Definition and implementation of roles and authorizations, including Scoped Roles and Data Access Controls (DAC).
• Documentation of developed objects, data flows, and business logic.
• Creation of test cases, execution of data reconciliations and quality assurance measures, as well as support for User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Support during go-live and the hypercare phase.
• Ensuring maintainable, scalable solutions and knowledge transfer to internal and external colleagues.

Requirements

• Several years of project experience in the SAP BI and Analytics environment with a focus on data modeling and reporting.
• Sound practical knowledge in SAP Datasphere and experience in building ETL processes and data models.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, especially in creating reports, stories, and dashboards.
• Experience with SAP BW and the migration of existing data models to modern SAP Analytics architectures.
• Knowledge in the SAP RE / RE-FX environment, especially regarding real estate objects, rental contracts, and their connection to financial data.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its data models, as well as knowledge in using or developing CDS Views is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of adjacent SAP modules, especially FI and CO.
• Experience in data mapping, migration tests, unit tests, and ensuring data quality.
• Structured, independent way of working, as well as the ability to clearly coordinate technical and functional requirements.
