- Analysis, consolidation, and harmonization of functional and technical requirements from Product Services, MRO, ILS, Obsolescence Management, Finance, and Service
- Support of the SAP S/4HANA introduction from template design through prototyping, migration, and testing to go-live and hypercare
- Analysis of existing processes and development of practical solutions for mapping in SAP S/4HANA
- Ensuring consistent end-to-end processes across various SAP modules and business areas
- Identification and resolution of process and interface conflicts between business and SAP workstreams
- Planning, coordination, and execution of integration and user acceptance tests (UAT)
- Support with master data cleansing, structuring, and data migration
- Ensuring data quality of material masters, equipment, technical locations, and bills of materials
- Supporting key users in validating and applying new S/4HANA processes
- Analysis of errors and optimization potential during testing, go-live, and hypercare
- Profound experience in SAP Application Management or SAP Consulting
- Profound experience with SAP S/4HANA and classic SAP ERP landscapes
- Very good cross-module SAP know-how
- Experience in SAP PM / CS / EAM for service, MRO, and maintenance processes
- Knowledge in SAP PS for integration of project management and ILS processes
- Knowledge in SAP MM / SD for material management, spare parts logistics, and service processes
- Experience with SAP MDG as well as master data governance and data quality
- Experience in data migration, master data cleansing, integration testing, and UAT
- Strong understanding of interfaces between business departments, IT, and SAP workstreams
- German fluent, English very good
