Whitehall Resources are on the lookout for an experienced SAP Ariba Source to Contract Lead for an ongoing digital transformation project in UAE.

• Lead the design, configuration and deployment of SAP Ariba Sourcing and contracting modules
• Integrate Ariba with SAP S/4HANA using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
• Configure guided sourcing templates, process, workflows, approval processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Conduct testing, training, and cutover activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing transactions, master data and integration.
• Document solution architecture, configuration, and user manual
• Conduct training sessions for change adoption
• Minimum 7-8 years of SAP experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations of SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracting
• Strong hands-on experience with configuring templates, contract workspace and digital signature process
• Experience in handling SAP Ariba APIs and web services related to Ariba
• Proven experience in integrating Ariba Sourcing and contracting with SAP S/4HANA using CIG
• Deep understanding of source to contract (S2C) processes and downstream module integrations
• Familiarity with Ariba Network, supplier training and user adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
