Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator (m/f/d) on short notice to support with an acute technical problem and subsequently take over long-term SAP Basis administration.

Responsibilities

Acute Problem Statement:

Analysis and resolution of problems with SAP client copies from the production system (P) to the test system (Q)

Investigation of system crashes and performance problems during client copies

Analysis of oversized database tables and development and implementation of suitable optimization measures

Ensuring reliable client copies and stable SAP S/4HANA production operation

Long-term SAP Basis Administration:

Ongoing technical support and administration of the SAP S/4HANA On Premise system landscape

System monitoring and performance optimization

Performing patches, updates, and SAP add-on updates

Database administration and database maintenance

Certificate management

Proactive error analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring stable system operation
