- Conducting workshops, training, and knowledge transfer
- Development of solution approaches and best practices
- Support with functional and procedural challenges
- Accompanying the project as an experienced contact person
- In-depth experience in the SAP BAV environment
- Sound project experience as an SAP consultant
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer
- Ability to support project managers professionally at eye level
- Very good process understanding and strong consulting skills
- Strong communication and independent working style
