Seeking an experienced SAP BusinessObjects Administrator to manage, monitor, and enhance the BI 4.3 system landscape, ensuring stable and secure platform operations. The role involves daily operational tasks, user support, and technical integrations, with the possibility of remote work.

Introduction
To strengthen the Business Intelligence team, our client is looking for a dedicated individual for the operational BI day-to-day business. In this role, you will be responsible for the independent administration, monitoring, and further development of the SAP BusinessObjects system landscape (BI 4.3) and ensure stable and secure platform operation.
The assignment can be done remotely.
Responsibilities
Our Requirements
- Monitoring of the SAP BO server and system landscape (CMC, server components) as well as control via Automic, including ongoing sizing and continuous performance optimization
- Monitoring of Application Security and Technical State Compliance as well as identification and remediation of relevant security risks
- Regular platform housekeeping, authorization management on the BO platform, and qualified first- and second-level user support
- Reliable and structured processing of incidents, service requests, and changes in daily business
- Technical connection and configuration of new data sources to the BO platform (e.g., Oracle DB, SAP BW OLAP, Denodo ODBC)
- Administration of third-party tools (e.g., MIS/EasyCockpit, 360Suite) as well as job control and troubleshooting of failed workflows via Automic
- Support and assistance with IT maintenance work (servers, databases, etc.), configuration of BO server files (CMS, Tomcat), and complete documentation in Confluence
- Demonstrable practical experience in the administration and support of SAP BusinessObjects, ideally with version BI 4.3
- Knowledge in BO server administration (e.g., CMS and Tomcat configuration files)
- Experience with connections to relational and analytical data sources (Oracle DB, SAP BW, Denodo ODBC)
- Workload automation / job control: Automic

- Collaboration & Project Management: Azure DevOps, Confluence
- Experience with 3rd-party solutions: Knowledge of additional tools such as 360Suite and MIS / EasyCockpit is advantageous
