SAP Cloud Architect

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an SAP Cloud Architect starting December 2026 for an estimated duration until December 2027 with the option for extension. The role is planned for part-time with approx. 70% utilization. The work will be mostly remote and approx. 30% on-site in Stuttgart.

Responsibilities

• Development of the cloud strategy for the future SAP landscape (guideline, guardrails, decision logic)
• Evaluation and selection of SAP Cloud/Private Cloud scenarios (RISE with SAP; SAP Sovereign Cloud On-Site/external)
• Development of the corresponding target architecture, considering applications, data, and interfaces
• Development of the migration plan
• Ensuring economic efficiency
• Creation of business cases
• Service provider management
• Stakeholder communication and preparation of decisions
• Preparation of complex issues for decision by management and center leadership
