Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to join a long-term transformation project on the Client's side. The project involves the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA in a Bluefield approach and offers the opportunity to take part in a large-scale business transformation from the early analysis phase through implementation.

• 8+ years of professional experience in SAP CO / Controlling
• Strong experience in SAP CO configuration
• At least 3–5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA
• Practical experience with S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably Bluefield
• Strong understanding of controlling processes and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Experience working on complex, enterprise-scale SAP programmes
• Energy sector experience is highly desirable
• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week
• Flexibility for occasional business travel
• Fluent English
• Participation in the analysis and design phase of the SAP transformation
• Analysis of existing ECC controlling processes and their preparation for the S/4HANA environment
• SAP CO configuration and solution design
• Gathering and analysing business requirements
• Cooperation with business stakeholders and other SAP workstreams
• Supporting the design and implementation of the Bluefield transformation
• Participation in testing, migration and implementation activities
• Ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP CO functionality
• Cooperation with the Program Manager, CO leadership and other project teams
• Supporting the project throughout its subsequent implementation phases
• 5-year transformation programme
• Work directly on the Client's side
• Large-scale ECC → S/4HANA Bluefield transformation
