Job description
Seeking an experienced SAP CO Senior Consultant for a client in Switzerland to support a recently launched system. The role involves a mix of onsite work in Zurich followed by remote engagement, focusing on year-end closing and product cost controlling.
Project overview
We are looking for a SAP CO Senior Consultant for a client in Switzerland.
The client's branch successfully went live in April 2025.
However, the client still requires support.
A task force will be established, consisting of several Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Location Zurich, availability for full-time onsite work from November 9th to December 4th - then remote.
Start Date 02.11.2026
End Date 19.12.2026
Total scope approx. 280 hours.
Target conditions approx. €110-120/hour remote, travel expenses will be covered for Zurich.
Project language English.
Responsibilities
(Bill of Materials management/BOM management) and production planning (cross-team focus – involving other subject matter experts; support from the CO/Controlling area may be required, e.g., for component pricing).

- Detailed analysis of E2E processes
- Data cleansing
- Collaboration with the onsite team through direct work sessions and "shadowing" (accompanying daily work).
- Priority 1: Year-end closing.
- Priority 2: Component Engineering
- Training on daily standard processes in SAP CO
- Analysis/review of product cost controlling
- Analysis/review of value flows
- Account determination
- Identification of critical issues and their impact on the year-end closing (per area)
- Implementation of short-term solutions ("Quick Fixes")
- E2E processes (as a continuation)
- Data quality analysis / data cleansing
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (explicitly required as a must-have criterion)
- Expertise in SAP CO – Product Cost Controlling and Value Flows
- Knowledge of account determination
- Experience with year-end closings (Priority 1)
- Skills in data analysis and data cleansing
- Component Engineering / Bill of Materials Management (Production Planning – Priority 2)
- Knowledge in the Production Planning (PP) module
- Experience in supporting E2E processes
- Experience in projects during the stabilization phase after go-live ("Hypercare")
