Hello,

For a long-term project in the public sector, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP Compliance & ILM Expert.

Project Key Data:

Responsibilities

Conceptualization and implementation of IT security, data protection, and a GDPR-compliant deletion concept in SAP

Technical implementation and architecture of SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management)

Support of contact persons in co-determination procedures (staff representation/works council)

Ensuring data validity and documentation in SAP Solution Manager / Focused Build

Required Must-Have Criteria (A-Criteria)

Please check if your profile can cover the following criteria before responding:

Knowledge & Experience GDPR / IT Security in SAP:

Conceptualization of IT security in SAP, GoBD, compliance guidelines, and GDPR deletion concepts (retention periods, deletion, notification obligation)

Experience with co-determination obligations/rights according to staff representation laws

IT Security Guidelines & SAP ILM:

Conceptualization & technical implementation of GDPR as well as SAP ILM

Knowledge in GRC guidelines, governance systems, and common auditing standards/frameworks (e.g., IDW PS *, ISAE 3000, IKS according to COSO)

Required Project Days (PT):

Senior: At least 500 PT per A-criterion in the last 10 years (from 06/2016)

Specialist: At least 300 PT per A-criterion in the last 5 years (from 06/2021)

The project is predominantly remote with occasional travel to Berlin, Bonn, Stuttgart, Potsdam, among other locations.
