Responsibilities

Profile

• Planning, steering, and implementation of international SAP Concur projects and rollouts
• Responsibility for project scope, deadlines, resources, risks, and milestones
• Analysis and optimization of business travel, travel expenses, and approval processes / Configuration, further development, and support of SAP Concur solutions
• Support and further development of interfaces between SAP Concur, SAP HCM, ERP and financial systems, as well as other cloud applications
• Implementation and optimization of technical integrations based on REST, SOAP, and API technologies
• Ensuring stable data transfer, data quality, and error analysis during ongoing operations
• Implementation of Security-by-Design principles, data protection, and compliance requirements / Support of tests, releases, changes, and go-live activities
• Collaboration with international specialist departments, external service providers, and global project teams
• Participation in agile working environments (Scrum) and maintenance of requirements and tasks in JIRA
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, solution designs, and operating concepts
• Profound experience in the SAP Concur environment or comparable travel management solutions
• Sound knowledge in SAP Concur Expense, Travel, Request, and/or Invoice
• In-depth experience in international transformation, rollout, or implementation projects
• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM processes and their integration into HR and financial landscapes
• Extensive experience with REST, SOAP, APIs, JSON, XML, and cloud-based interfaces
• Know-how in middleware, SFTP, and integration platforms / Experience with Identity & Access Management as well as authorization concepts
• Good knowledge in the areas of IT security, data protection, and compliance
• Experience with agile project methods and tools like JIRA / Experience in international and virtual project teams
• Structured and analytical way of working as well as strong communication skills
• Business fluent English skills, German is an advantage
