SAP Consultant Focus Time Management PT

Project overview

For our client in the public sector, we are currently looking for an SAP Consultant with a focus on Time Management PT.

Responsibilities

• Conception and implementation of solutions in the areas of schemes and rules in coordination with various stakeholders
• Willingness for knowledge transfer and coaching
• Preparation and creation of relevant documents
• Operational system settings, documentation, and knowledge transfer, e.g., in workshops, and conducting functional training
• Analysis and optimization of existing SAP PT processes as well as identification and implementation of improvement potentials in the area of time management.
• Execution of error analyses and quality assurance measures, including the analysis of time evaluation results and the development and implementation of suitable corrective measures.
• Planning and execution of tests for new and modified functionalities, including creation of test scenarios, support of business unit tests, and documentation of results.
• Consulting and support of business units in the implementation of complex requirements in SAP PT as well as coordination of functional and technical solution approaches with IT, HR, Payroll, and other relevant stakeholders

• Very good competencies in SAP PT
• In particular, profound experience in the area of schemes and rules is required, especially regarding overtime calculation, on-call duties, and related topics.
• Proven professional experience in these areas, preferably in use with clients in the public sector
• Profound knowledge in the analysis, conception, and implementation of complex time management processes as well as in the optimization of existing SAP PT schemes and rules.
• Experience in functional consulting and coordination with different stakeholders as well as in the understandable documentation and communication of complex SAP PT solutions, for example in the context of workshops and training.

1 year with option for extension

95% remote, 5% on-site, mainly in Düsseldorf
