Jouw profiel als SAP CRM Business Analist - Consultant
The client is undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation as part of a long-term modernization project. This includes the implementation of a new SAP S/4HANA environment and Sales v2, with the legacy SAP CRM system being phased out gradually.As not all functionalities will be migrated to the new CRM environment immediately, the consultant will work across both systems, ensuring business continuity while supporting the transition to the new landscape. Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for the classic SAP CRM system.
- Contribute to the transition from legacy SAP CRM to C4C.
- Support and optimize functional CRM processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the transformation.Your profile
- Proven experience with the classic SAP CRM system.
- Experience with SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) is a strong plus.
- Experience with CRM migration projects is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of functional CRM processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.Project details
