- Configuration and implementation of SAP Sales & Service Cloud
- Integration of Sales & Service Cloud with S/4HANA or SAP IS-U, e.g., via SAP Integration Suite or SAP BTP
- Conducting customer workshops on as-is analysis, target concept, and fit-to-template
- Creation of functional concepts as well as requirements and test management
- Design and optimization of end-to-end customer and service processes (Ticketing, Service Request Management)
- Preparation and support of go-live, user training, and stabilization
- Knowledge in SAP CRM, SAP Field Service Management, and energy supply processes
- Start: immediately
- Utilization: 50%
- Duration: until September 2027
- Assignment: predominantly remote
