Job description
We are looking for an SAP Developer to build and further develop the Customer Engagement (CE) solution, focusing on S4Gas and S4U Strom.
Project overview
For the setup and further development of Customer Engagement (CE), we are looking for you as an SAP Developer.
Responsibilities
- Conception and initial setup of CE during the S4Gas project runtime, as well as operation and further development of the existing CE solution in S4U Strom.
- Coaching of IT colleagues
- Programming an extension in the context of the CE inbox
- You work agile. You receive your work packages via Jira
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of the processes mapped in S4U for a VNB and MSB, especially customer service processes.
- Very good knowledge of Customer Engagement in S4U and the Customizing of CE.
- Very good knowledge in CRM, as well as Fiori environment in conjunction with BTP
- Methodological competence for conducting workshops and creating concepts.
- Developer know-how for programming the extension, i.e., ABAP and Java, JavaScript knowledge necessary.
