SAP Developer Customer Engagement

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Developer (m/f/d) for the development and further enhancement of our Customer Engagement (CE) solution. This varied position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a hybrid work model.

Your tasks include the conception and initial setup of a CE solution during a project phase, as well as the operation and further development of an existing CE solution. You will support your IT colleagues through coaching and program an extension in the context of the CE inbox. Work will be done agilely, with work packages managed via established project management tools.

We expect very good knowledge of the processes mapped in modern ERP systems, especially in the customer service area. In-depth understanding of Customer Engagement and its customizing is required. Extensive experience in CRM and in the Fiori environment in conjunction with modern cloud platforms is necessary.

Methodological competence for conducting workshops and creating concepts completes your profile. On the technical side, you bring solid developer skills, especially in ABAP and Java, as well as JavaScript knowledge.

This assignment is designed for a duration of at least 12 months and can start immediately. The location is Hamburg with the possibility of remote work. We offer a dynamic environment in which you can contribute and further develop your skills.
