Project overview

Incident management including analysis and resolution of disruptions, root cause analysis, dump evaluation, and sustainable error correction.

Technical analysis of process and communication errors, e.g., incorrectly sent market messages, non-functional interfaces, short dumps, or failed data transfers.

Operation and support of interface landscapes with a focus on OData services, web services, monitoring, and error localization.

Performing functional and regression tests as part of error corrections, adjustments, and system changes.

Operational support of energy industry processes, including creation and maintenance of market partners and administration of authorizations.

Analysis and troubleshooting of communication processes within the MaKo cloud and connected systems.

Ensuring data quality and correct maintenance of master data to prevent incorrect message and process flows.

Technical support in the implementation and optimization of integration and interface processes.

Close collaboration with business departments, market partners, and IT teams to analyze and solve complex technical issues.

Requirements

In-depth experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities and energy industry processes.

Very good knowledge of market communication (MaKo) and the underlying market processes.

Understanding of the roles, master data, and process relationships of market partners.

Proficient in handling EDIFACT messages and their processing in the energy industry environment.

Knowledge of critical market processes and their impact on downstream systems and interfaces.

Experience with the MaKo cloud, including monitoring, error analysis, and troubleshooting within market communication.

Understanding of market partner configuration as well as identification and analysis of error causes in the MaKo environment.

Strong skills in technical error analysis, including root cause analysis, debugging, dump evaluation, and independent disruption resolution.

Hands-on mentality with operational troubleshooting rather than purely coordination activities.

In-depth know-how in the analysis and monitoring of interfaces and integration processes.

Technical understanding of web services, OData interfaces, subsystems, and data transfer processes.

Experience in monitoring and error resolution of interface landscapes and their connected systems.
