SAP Digital Manufacturing Rollout Manager

Project overview

As part of a digitalization project, an SAP Digital Manufacturing solution is being introduced and scaled in production and maintenance areas. The goal is the standardized implementation of a central SAP DM template, taking local process requirements into account. The project includes the planning and control of all rollout activities, including resource management, risk control, and go-live preparation. A particular focus is placed on analyzing existing manufacturing processes, change management, and user enablement.

Additionally, test, cutover, hypercare, and operational handover activities will be coordinated to ensure stable operation.

INTERESTED?

• Planning and control of the SAP DM rollout including roadmap
• Process analysis, fit-to-standard, and requirements management
• Risk, stakeholder, change, and training management
• Test coordination, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• MUST: Up to 3 years – Site-specific software rollout including go-live stabilization
• MUST: 5 years – Schedule and control planning in software implementations
• MUST: 3 years – Risk management in software rollouts
• MUST: 3 years – Cross-departmental moderation (production, IT, management)
• MUST: 3 years – Software rollout in a production-related environment
• SHOULD: 3 years – Change management for digital production processes
• SHOULD: 3 years – Analysis of manufacturing/maintenance processes
• SHOULD: 3 years – SAP ERP processes, especially SAP DM & ERP
• Full-time employment with 8h/day and 5 days/week
• Planned project duration is 30.10.2026–31.12.2028
• You will perform your duties mostly from a location of your choice in Germany (onshore)
• The preference is for ~10% of the services to be performed on-site in Frankfurt am Main (onsite)
• The daily rate is not fixed in advance – please send us your desired daily rate.
• Naturally: The more attractive the daily rate, the higher the chances.
• Please also provide a travel expense allowance (per day) for on-site assignments in Frankfurt.
