Experienced SAP E-Invoicing Consultant needed for a project in the Greater Heidelberg area, focusing on French e-invoicing and the Peppol network.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP E-Invoicing Consultant (m/f/d) for a project in the Greater Heidelberg area. The position is available from October 2026 and is initially planned for two months, with the possibility of extension.
In this role, you will handle administrative and technical inquiries regarding the French E-Invoicing system and act as a contact person for customer inquiries as well as E-Invoicing platform inquiries. You will support processes within the Peppol network and coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. An important aspect of the activity is the use of AI-powered tools to optimize daily operations. You will ensure precise documentation and timely processing of inquiries.
Bring the following qualifications with you: several years of SAP experience, ideally in the area of Application Consulting, practical knowledge of E-Invoicing and the Peppol network, as well as an IT background with practical experience in using AI tools. You have fluent French skills at a native speaker level and good English skills. Particularly important are strong written communication skills and a detail-oriented, self-reliant, and structured way of working.
The position can be performed remotely or on-site in Heidelberg. Depending on customer requirements, project-related employment is sought.
