SAP Enterprise / Business Architect (m/f/d) – Public Sector | S2P, Finance, PSM

Project overview

For our client in the public sector and international cooperation, we are looking for an experienced architect. They will be responsible for the functional validation of end-to-end processes in procurement and finance, and for deriving a robust target architecture from this.

Responsibilities

• Functional validation of E2E processes in the areas of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Purchase Requisition (BANF), Finance, and Public Sector Management (PSM)
• Development of a business architecture
• Derivation of the IT and technology architecture from the business architecture
• Creation of an architecture baseline as a basis for further implementation
• Coordination with the client's business departments and IT

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an Enterprise, Business, or Solution Architect, ideally in the SAP environment
• Sound process knowledge in S2P or Procure-to-Pay, Finance, and PSM
• Experience in the Public Sector, mandatory
• Proficient in modeling business and IT architectures and in creating architecture baselines
• Structured, communicative working style at both specialist and management levels
• Fluent German language skills

ASAP

until the end of Q1/2027

Utilization: 4–5 days per week at the start, then approx. 2 days per week

Rhine-Main region, remote and on-site depending on the client's planning
