SAP ERP FIN Consultant / SAP FI/CO

As part of a long-term SAP project, we are looking for an experienced SAP ERP FIN Consultant to support the Finance department in the further development, optimization, and stabilization of the existing SAP landscape.

Responsibilities

Framework conditions: Start ASAP | Duration 6–18 months | Workload 80–100% | Location Bern | Remote up to 2 days per week

• Analysis and optimization of existing business processes in the finance environment and derivation of suitable SAP ERP FIN solutions
• Conception, further development, and implementation of solutions with a focus on SAP FI and adjacent CO and PS processes
• Close collaboration with the Finance department to capture, analyze, and structure business requirements
• Ensuring and further developing the integration with adjacent SAP modules such as MM, SD, PM, and CS
• Conception and implementation of SAP Fiori solutions in the finance environment
• Analysis and optimization of financial closing processes with a focus on standardization and automation
• Creation of solution concepts considering quality, security, cost-effectiveness, and existing system architecture
• Management and coordination of implementation, including coordination with business departments, IT, and other relevant stakeholders
• Planning, execution, and support of tests as well as support for go-lives and SAP releases
• Ensuring stable operation and support in 2nd level application management for SAP ERP FIN (FI, CO, PS)
• Maintenance of technical and business documentation as well as relevant guidelines
• Depending on experience, participation in other finance topics such as RE-FX, Business Partner, and CO-PA
• Optional support in the area of FI-CA / Contract Account Receivable and Payable (VKK)
• Optional participation in the setup and further development of eInvoice processes with SAP DRC
