With this request, we are looking for a KS - SAP EWM Consultant with experience from the pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities

Execution and documentation of SAP process tests (UAT) in the context of the introduction of SAP S/4HANA with a focus on EWM

Ensuring GxP and GMP compliant test documentation and adaptation of existing GMP documents

Preparation, coordination, and execution of user training in the various operational areas

Creation of training materials, one-pagers, and practical documentation to prepare for go-live

Support of the specialist departments in the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Close cooperation with the specialist departments, especially the MM environment, to accompany the new EWM processes

Proactive support of users during the implementation and introduction phase

Requirements

At least 3 years of practical experience with SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA on the user side

Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory

Good technical understanding of SAP EWM processes

Experience in conducting tests and in GMP-compliant documentation

Proficient in MS Office

Experience in a GxP/GMP-regulated environment

Completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and high commitment

Willingness to work occasional shifts as part of special tests and training sessions

Project language: German/English

Utilization: fulltime

Fee: please state an hourly rate for remote and an all-in hourly rate for Frankfurt
