SAP FI CA Consultant / Implementation - Start: Months - Remote

Project overview

For a comprehensive SAP project, I am looking for experienced support in the area of SAP FI-CA on short notice. We are looking for a profile that can work hands-on both on the functional/conceptual side and technically.

The focus is on the further development and integration of FI-CA processes related to digital payments, receivables management, and the transfer of existing customer and contract data.

Responsibilities

A significant part of the project is the integration of external payment providers into the existing SAP landscape. This includes analyzing existing processes and requirements, as well as designing and technically implementing end-to-end payment processes.

You will be involved with, among other things:

Another focus is on mapping factoring processes. You will support the design of a suitable FI-CA solution for transferring receivables to external partners, considering the impact on adjacent processes such as payment allocation and receivables clearing.

Furthermore, you will support the transfer of existing customer bases into SAP FI-CA. This particularly involves the structured migration of relevant master and transaction data.

This includes, for example:

You will oversee the entire migration process from data mapping and transformation, through validation and test migrations, to error analysis and support during go-live.

• Integration of Payment Service Providers (PSP) into SAP FI-CA
• Design and implementation of processes for digital payments
• Payment allocation and clearing of open receivables
• Repayments, cancellations, and chargeback processes
• Reconciliation of payment and booking information between SAP and external platforms
• Design and implementation of corresponding interfaces
