• Working hours: 24-32 hours
• Location: Munich
• Analysis and optimization of existing invoicing, billing, and finance processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Development and implementation of a legally compliant e-invoicing strategy for national and international business processes
• Implementation and integration of electronic invoice formats and standards (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Peppol)
• Harmonization of complex billing and booking logics in the retail and omni-channel environment
• Optimization of order-to-cash processes and processing of high document and transaction volumes
• Analysis and control of SAP interfaces to Oracle and xSuite as well as inbound and outbound processes
• Coordination between Finance, IT, business departments, and management
• Stabilization of the transformation project and support of change management
• Several years of experience in SAP Finance, SAP FI/CO, or Finance Transformation
• Profound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and end-to-end billing processes
• Mandatory: Demonstrable project experience in e-invoicing as well as knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
• Experience with XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Peppol, Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC), and Digital Reporting Requirements
• Experience in integrating e-invoicing solutions into SAP S/4HANA and with Oracle and xSuite interfaces
• Industry knowledge in retail, omni-channel, and e-commerce, ideally including franchise and marketplace models
• Experience in stabilizing critical transformation projects and in change management
• Strong process understanding and confident communication at the departmental and management level
