We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance professional to support a client with the ongoing management and delivery of SAP application services.

The role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating support activities, managing priorities and ensuring issues are progressed effectively. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to maintain service quality and resolve operational challenges.

This opportunity would suit a senior, hands-on SAP professional with strong functional knowledge, proven support experience and the autonomy to take ownership of operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Skills

• Oversee day-to-day SAP Finance application maintenance and support (AMS).
• Manage and prioritise incidents, service requests and escalations.
• Act as the primary client-side point of contact for SAP Finance support.
• Coordinate nearshore and offshore teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, follow up on outstanding issues and drive resolution.
• Mobilise additional SAP expertise where required to address complex issues or emerging needs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain service quality and continuity.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with strong SAP FI/CO expertise.
• Proven, demonstrable experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Strong AMS/application support experience, including incident management, service requests and escalations.
• Previous experience operating as an AMS Lead, service lead or client-side SAP referent.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple support teams.
• Experience working with nearshore and offshore delivery models.
• Fluent French and English
