SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer Mobile Apps Maintenance Environment

Project overview

Dear Sir or Madam,

For an exciting project, we are looking for an SAP Fiori/UI5 developer for mobile apps in the maintenance environment (responsive and touch-optimized UI design).

Responsibilities

• Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of business requirements in the SAP PM/CS environment with a focus on mobile use and the transformation to S/4HANA, including capturing, consolidating, and prioritizing requirements based on the business specifications provided by the client.
• Programming, implementation, and customizing of technical components in the mobile maintenance applications based on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP Mobile Services (SDK v24), and SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM), including associated interfaces (e.g., OData services), modules, and mobile data models, adhering to the client's standards (use of standardized development environments, programming and naming conventions, and the specified transport system via SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM).
• Adaptation and maintenance of mobile applications for new or changed SAP S/4HANA environments, including impact analysis during release changes, system conversions, and customizing and data model changes, followed by technical and business implementation.
• Conception, configuration, and deployment of Fiori-based tiles and launchpad content for the maintenance process of the original SAP PM module (Tiles, Target Mappings, Catalogs, Groups, Spaces & Pages), including user-friendly, role-based UI design according to SAP guidelines.
• Customizing and configuration of resource and scheduling with SAP MRS (Multiresource Scheduling, including planning board) and its connection to the mobile maintenance applications; if necessary, corresponding services for SAP FSM or FSM Mobile.
• Performing configuration services in catalog and authorization management (Fiori Catalogs and Groups, Business Catalogs, Business Roles, PFCG Roles, IAM Apps) for the mobile applications.
• Fixing errors from test phases in applications and components, including error analysis, root cause determination, correction, and proof of error resolution.

• More than 5 years of demonstrable project experience in the SAP system landscape, especially in the PM (Maintenance), MM, PP, and HCM modules under SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP.
• More than 5 years of demonstrable experience in the development and customization of SAP Fiori/UI5 applications for mobile devices in the maintenance environment, including responsive and touch-optimized UI design and integration.
• Up to 3 years of demonstrable experience in adapting and maintaining mobile applications for new or changed SAP S/4HANA environments (e.g., release changes, system conversion, customizing or data model changes), including analysis of potential impacts.
• Knowledge in catalog and authorization management (Fiori Catalogs and Groups, Business Catalogs, Business Roles, PFCG Roles, IAM Apps) (2 project references).
• Project experience in leading or implementing SAP projects in the maintenance environment (e.g., vehicle or plant maintenance) (3 project references).
• More than 5 years of experience in Fiori UI development with a focus on UX/UI design according to SAP guidelines (including tile and app design, Launchpad Content Manager).
• More than 3 years of knowledge in technical integration and migration of SAP components (e.g., MDG, ChaRM, SolMan).
• Experience in project management and requirements analysis using Jira and Confluence, as well as analysis using analysis tools (specifically PowerBI) (2 project references).
• Experience in test and quality management as well as requirements management according to IREB or ISTQB (2 project references).
• Experience with project management methodologies (agile and classic, e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, Waterfall) (2 project references).
• Demonstrable knowledge in SAP MRS (Multiresource Scheduling), including resource and scheduling (planning board) in connection with maintenance processes from SAP PM/CS (2 project references).
• Up to 3 years of knowledge in SAP FSM or FSM Mobile (SAP Field Service Management), including integration into S/4HANA Service Management or PM/CS.
