Responsibilities

Profile

• Independent analysis and functional further development of market communication and customer service processes on the network side with a focus on WiM, metering, and billing-related process chains in SAP S/4HANA
• Translation of regulatory and business requirements into concrete process and system requirements, as well as development of actionable solution proposals for relevant specialist departments and interfaces
• Project and consulting services for complex process and clarification cases, especially in the interplay of market communication, device and measurement data processes, and customer billing
• Independent conception, execution, and documentation of functional tests for new or adapted processes, as well as structured preparation of results and identified fields of action
• Independent preparation and transfer of process knowledge for key users and administrators, including explanation of new workflows, regulatory changes, and specific use cases
• Sound project experience in the energy industry's market communication on the network side, as well as sound knowledge of the relevant market processes, especially WiM and adjacent metering processes
• Sound practical experience with SAP S/4HANA in the energy industry environment, as well as a good understanding of customer billing, measurement data processing, and device processes
• Experience in translating regulatory or business specifications into process and system requirements, as well as in evaluating necessary changes
• Strong experience in functional testing of energy industry processes, including analysis of complex error and clarification cases, as well as structured documentation of results
• Consultative working style with the ability to advise on a process level and to practically support operational users and administrators with complex issues
