SAP HCM / ABAP Integration Architect Oracle HCM Cloud

Project overview

For a long-term transformation project at a renowned management and IT consulting firm, we are looking for several experienced SAP HCM / ABAP Integration Architects or Senior Consultants.

As part of the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, you will support the technical integration between SAP HCM and the Oracle environment. The focus is on ABAP development, processing and transfer of HR master data, and the implementation of technical interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Execution and support of ABAP development in the SAP HCM environment
• Development and adaptation of: BAdIs, User-Exits, IDocs, RFC connections, Web services
• Support in the technical integration of Oracle HCM Cloud
• Implementation and support of data transfers using: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, REST interfaces, SOAP interfaces
• Analysis and processing of HR master data from SAP and Oracle systems
• Working with the SAP HCM infotype architecture and underlying data models
• Support in technical integration and architecture decisions
• Creation of technical documentation in English
• Coordination with international project stakeholders

• Several years of experience in ABAP development, ideally in the SAP HCM or SAP HR environment
• Very good knowledge of the SAP HCM infotype architecture
• Sound understanding of SAP HCM data models and HR master data structures
• Practical experience with several of the following technologies: BAdIs, User-Exits, IDocs, RFC, Web services, REST, SOAP
• Experience with the technical integration of SAP HCM and cloud or third-party systems
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Data Loader, HDL, and/or HSDL
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Senior presence as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Experience as an Integration Architect, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect
• Experience from international HCM transformation or migration projects
• Very good German skills
• Experience with the migration and synchronization of HR master data between SAP and Oracle
• Experience in complex enterprise or corporate environments
