The client is looking for an SAP HCM Administrator/Support Employee with a focus on Personnel Administration (PA) for a part-time role in Koblenz, with 30% remote and 70% onsite work. The contract is for one year with an option to extend.

For our client in the public sector, we are currently looking for an SAP HCM Administrator / Support Employee with a focus on Personnel Administration (PA) (m/f/d).

- Operational support and administration of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA)
- Processing of inquiries, tickets, and support cases in the area of SAP HCM PA
- Maintenance and administration of master personnel data and organizational data
- Execution and processing of personnel measures, especially entry, transfer, organizational changes, and exit
- Maintenance and checking of organizational structures and organizational management (OM)
- Support in the management of the integration between PA, OM, Payroll (PY), and Time Management (PT)
- Checking and processing of errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in master personnel data and personnel processes
- Analysis and clarification of support cases and user inquiries in the SAP HCM environment
- Execution and documentation of module, integration, and acceptance tests
- Support for changes and adjustments during ongoing operations
- Maintenance of documentation and follow-up of open support and clarification cases
- Coordination with specialist departments and other contact persons in processing personnel management and system-related issues
- Good knowledge in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA)
- Experience in maintaining and administering master personnel data and personnel measures
- Knowledge in Organizational Management (OM) and in maintaining organizational structures
- Experience in error analysis and processing of SAP HCM support cases
- Knowledge of the integration of PA with Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)
- Experience with tests and quality assurance in the SAP HCM environment
- Structured and careful working method as well as strong service and support orientation
