We are looking for an SAP HCM Administrator/Support specialist with a focus on Pension Administration (VADM) for our client in the public sector. The role involves administration, operational support, and processing of pension-related data and calculations.

For our client in the public sector, we are currently looking for an SAP HCM Administrator / Support employee with a focus on Pension Administration (VADM).
Responsibilities

- Administration and operational support in the area of SAP HCM Pension Administration (VADM)
- Processing of inquiries, tickets, and support cases in the area of pension determination and settlement
- Checking and maintaining personnel and pension data in SAP HCM
- Support in pension determination and pension calculation
- Execution, checking, and post-processing of pension settlements
- Processing of subsequent calculations, retroactive calculations, and corrections
- Analysis and clarification of errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies in pension calculation and settlement
- Support in processing cases related to civil servant pensions and pension law matters
- Execution of tests and support in quality assurance in the SAP HCM environment
- Maintenance and creation of documentation, as well as support in the transfer and coordination of specialist and support topics
- Collaboration with specialist departments and other contact persons for the clarification and processing of support cases
- Several years of experience in the SAP HCM environment, ideally in administration or support
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM Pension Administration (VADM)
- Experience with pension determination, pension calculation, and pension settlement
- Knowledge in the area of civil servant pensions / pension law of the public service
- Experience in processing subsequent calculations, retroactive calculations, and corrections
- Knowledge of handling suspension, reduction, and crediting situations is an advantage
- Experience in error analysis and processing of support cases in the SAP HCM environment
- Structured and careful working method, as well as enjoyment of operational processing of specialist and system topics
- Ideally, experience with tests and quality assurance in SAP HCM
