For a renowned client in Mainz, we are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with a focus on Payroll (PY) on short notice.
The go-live is planned for 01.01.2027, and there is still a lot to do until then. You will support the project team in the critical phase before going live.
Responsibilities
Analysis and resolution of errors in payroll processing
Support with data migration (master and transactional data, payroll history)
Test runs, parallel calculations, and reconciliation of results
Customizing and adjustments in the PY module
Close coordination with the business department and the project team until go-live
Requirements
Several years of project experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with a focus on Payroll (PY)
Sound knowledge of German payroll processing
Experience in migration and go-live projects
Analytical, solution-oriented, and resilient in the final phase of a project
Very good German language skills
