Responsibilities

Analysis and implementation of existing and new SAP HCM processes

Design and optimization of processes in Time Management

Functional coordination and clarification of interfaces with adjacent teams

Creation and adaptation of functional designs

Documentation of functions from a backend perspective and system maintenance

Evaluation of functional requirements and development of release recommendations

Participation and functional consulting in boards and workshops

Presentation and explanation of work results

Knowledge transfer and know-how dissemination to various stakeholders

Knowledge and Experience:

Sound experience as an SAP Application Consultant in the area of SAP HCM

Extensive knowledge in SAP HCM Time Management

Experience in process analysis, process design, and implementation

Knowledge in functional design and backend documentation

Experience in functional interface coordination

Very good communication and presentation skills

Strong competence in knowledge transfer and stakeholder management

Experience in conducting and moderating workshops

Advantageous: Knowledge in the public sector, especially in civil service law

Advantageous: Experience with frontend technologies
