SAP HCM Developer - ABAP - Oracle HCM - November - remote - 12 months +

Responsibilities

Skills:

Language: German advantageous and English (MUST)

Key Data:

• SAP HCM ABAP development and technical consulting
• Implementation of interfaces (SAP HCM
• Oracle HCM)
• Development of User-Exits, IDocs, RFCs and Web Services, as well as BAdIs (interfaces)
• Support with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, especially using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, and REST/SOAP interfaces
• Ensuring a sound understanding of HR master data structures in both SAP and Oracle environments
• Several years of experience in SAP ABAP HCM development (User-Exits, IDocs, RFCs and Web Services, as well as BAdIs)
• Experience with SAP HCM to Oracle HCM (HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, and REST/SOAP interfaces)
• Experience in implementing the SAP HCM Infotype architecture and the underlying data models
• The focus is on SAP HCM ABAP and interfaces for this task

Utilization: 4-5 days per week

90% remote, 2-3 days per month on-site (GR Bochum).
