• Experience in creating personnel evaluations in the SAP HCM environment
• Good knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA)
• Very good experience with InfoSets, including extension and customization of InfoSets
• Practical experience with SAP Query and Ad-hoc Queries
• Experience in creating and customizing ESS/MSS evaluations
• Experience in creating evaluations for payroll accounting / remuneration accounting
• Fiori / UX:
• Knowledge in organizing and structuring the Fiori Launchpad
• Understanding of role-based deployment and user-oriented arrangement of applications
• Embedded Analytics:
• Experience in creating evaluations with Embedded Analytics
• Knowledge in modeling with virtual data models based on CDS Views
• Experience in building reports and analytical applications based on Fiori templates, e.g., ALP, APF, MDR
• Additional Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of OData
• Good understanding of the technical relationships between backend, CDS Views, OData, and Fiori interfaces is desirable
