Experienced SAP HCM Payroll Migration Consultant needed for a remote, 14-month project starting November 2026, focusing on payroll data migration and analysis.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Migration Consultant for an exciting payroll migration project. The position is remote and starts in November 2026 with a duration of 14 months.
Your tasks include comprehensive analysis of migrated HCM data to identify discrepancies, data gaps, and potential migration risks. You will perform structured error and gap analyses, assess the severity of identified problems, and develop suitable solution recommendations. You will provide technical support for the migration of payroll data and analyze migration issues that arise.
Another focus is on validating the migrated payroll data against defined quality criteria. You will investigate and resolve confirmed errors in the migrated data and track the implemented corrective actions. Documenting the test results, identified discrepancies, and performed error corrections is also part of your responsibilities.
The goal is for all analyses to be completed on time and for the results to be provided within two working days. You will ensure that no critical errors remain open and that the results are reviewed and approved by the responsible parties.
The position is designed for a workload of 16 hours per week. Due to client requirements, project-related employment is assumed. If you are interested in this challenging project, we look forward to your application.
