• Analysis of HCM data migrated from PAISY to identify discrepancies, data gaps, and potential migration risks
• Conducting a structured error and gap analysis, including assessing the severity of identified issues and developing suitable solution recommendations
• Technical support for the migration of payroll data from PAISY to SAP HCM, as well as analysis and processing of migration problems that arise
• Validation of migrated payroll data against defined criteria to ensure data quality and completeness
• Investigation and correction of confirmed errors in the migrated data, including tracking implemented corrective measures
• Documentation of test results, identified discrepancies, and performed error corrections, including critical open points
• Ensuring timely completion of analyses and delivery of results within two working days each
• Guaranteeing that no critical errors remain open and that the results are reviewed and approved by SAP
