Project overview

For a SAP project in the life sciences environment, we are looking for an experienced SAP ICSM expert (SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management). The focus is on planning and controlling the supply chain for clinical studies based on SAP ICSM and SAP S/4HANA.

Important: We are exclusively looking for experts who have already used SAP ICSM themselves in projects. General SAP logistics experience without an ICSM connection is not sufficient for this role.

• Consulting and implementation in the area of SAP ICSM, from conception to rollout
• Mapping of Clinical Supply processes: study demand planning, supply planning, packaging and labeling of study medication, and delivery to trial sites
• Integration of ICSM with adjacent systems such as CTMS, IRT/RTSM, and SAP S/4HANA
• Coordination with specialist departments from Clinical Operations and Supply Chain
• Depending on seniority: responsibility for solution architecture and functional leadership in the project team
• Practical experience with SAP ICSM from at least one concrete implementation or support project
• Sound understanding of Clinical Trial Supply processes in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally in logistics or supply chain modules
• Knowledge in the regulated GxP environment is an advantage
• Business fluent German
