For our client, we are currently looking for an SAP ILM Expert (GDPR Mapping).

• Location: 90% Remote / 10% On-site in Schwerin

Responsibilities

• Creation and alignment of an ILM concept for the SAP HCM / Personnel area, considering functional, organizational, and system requirements.
• Coordination with involved sub-projects and integration of all relevant specialist teams and system administrators.
• Ensuring a complete consideration of the relevant ILM concept points, processes, and requirements.
• Planning, conducting, and continuing functional workshops for the development, validation, and alignment of the ILM concept.
• Recording, analyzing, and evaluating existing deletion, retention, archiving, and historization processes in the SAP HCM and Personnel environment.
• Analysis and consideration of affected SAP HCM data sets, personnel documents, interfaces, and upstream/downstream peripheral systems.
• Development and alignment of functional responsibilities and governance structures, especially regarding release, execution, control, and record-keeping.
• Consolidation of functional and system requirements, as well as workshop results, into an aligned, consistent, and binding ILM concept for the overall project.
• Support in transferring the ILM concept into implementable requirements and measures for the involved functional and IT teams.

• Sound practical experience in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (SAP ILM), especially in the conception and implementation of deletion, retention, and archiving processes.
• Demonstrable experience with SAP ILM in the SAP HCM or Personnel environment.
• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM data and process structures, as well as their dependencies on documents, interfaces, and peripheral systems.
