SAP IS-Utilities Tester

Project overview

For an SAP S/4HANA implementation project in the Utilities environment, we are looking for an experienced tester with in-depth knowledge of SAP IS-U Testing. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating test activities and supporting the business departments throughout the entire test phase, especially within the scope of UAT.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination, and management of test activities in the SAP S/4HANA implementation project
• Creation and design of manual test cases as well as execution and documentation of tests
• Coordination of the test process across different workstreams
• Defect management as well as tracking and coordination of errors
• Support for business departments and functional teams during the UAT phase
• Identification and assessment of QA requirements, risks, dependencies, and constraints
• Coordination with the customer as well as the involved business and IT teams

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-U Testing in the Utilities environment
• Practical experience with SAP IS-U, SAP FI/CO, and SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and testing projects
• Knowledge of test planning, manual test case design, test execution, and defect management
• Good understanding of the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and test lifecycle
• Experience in coordinating with business and functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and structured way of working as well as experience in customer coordination
