Experienced SAP JIT/JIS Consultant needed for a full-time, remote role to support the logistics team in supply chain management. The position involves analyzing and stabilizing JIT/JIS processes, supporting go-lives, and optimizing material delivery.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP JIT/JIS Consultant to support our logistics team. This full-time position is to be filled remotely and offers the opportunity to participate in an exciting project in the area of Supply Chain Management.
Your tasks include the analysis and stabilization of existing JIT/JIS processes in the SAP environment as well as support in the preparation and safeguarding of an upcoming go-live. You will be responsible for ensuring time- and sequence-accurate call-off processes and optimizing demand-driven material delivery directly to the production line. Furthermore, you will analyze and resolve weaknesses in the shipping area and support the integration and monitoring of EDI interfaces.
Close cooperation with internal departments and active knowledge transfer within the team are central aspects of this position. You will be quickly integrated into existing project structures and receive comprehensive support from the logistics team.
We expect several years of experience as an SAP JIT/JIS Consultant in the logistics environment as well as a very good understanding of EDI integrations in the SAP context. A structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic way of working is required.
Framework conditions: Start immediately, duration approx. 3 months and longer, 100% utilization, fully remote, German language required.
