SAP S/4HANA SD/LE Consultant for International Rollout

Project overview

Büllesbach & Plöntzke is looking for a freelance SAP S/4HANA SD/LE Consultant to support an international rollout project for a client.

The implementation will take place in an existing S/4HANA system landscape, but the processes for the new country subsidiary will be largely newly set up. The goal is a lean and standard-aligned solution. Complex existing processes and customer-specific transactions should explicitly not be adopted.

Tasks and Requirements

Framework Conditions

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD and LE as well as associated shipping and delivery processes
• Analysis of already documented requirements and selection of suitable existing SAP standard processes
• Conception of a lean process from the provision of finished products, through packaging and goods issue, to invoicing
• Mapping of cross-border procurement and sales processes between several European subsidiaries
• Design of a simple warehouse organization based on MM-IM
• Mapping of basic inventory, stock transfer, physical inventory, and packaging processes
• Coordination of interfaces between SD/LE and PP, especially regarding production confirmation, goods receipt, material provision, and handover to shipping
• Consideration of production-related requirements and simple processes for material or cutting optimization
• Execution of manageable customizing adjustments as well as support during testing, go-live, and subsequent stabilization
• Creation of comprehensible process and system documentation
• Pragmatic, independent working method consistently oriented towards SAP standard

Project volume: approximately 30 person-days initial assignment

Utilization: flexible; 3-5 days per week

Deployment model: Remote portion and possible on-site appointments by arrangement
