Project overview

For an ongoing SAP environment at one of our clients, we are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Team Lead (m/f/d) with in-depth knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and PP modules on short notice.

We are looking for an experienced individual who will take on the functional leadership of the SAP Logistics team and possesses a deep understanding of logistical SAP processes and their inter-module relationships.

Responsibilities

• Functional leadership and management of the SAP Logistics team
• Responsibility for the SAP Logistics areas SD, MM, and PP
• Coordination and management of daily operations and ongoing SAP projects
• Ensuring stable operation of SAP Logistics modules
• Analysis and continuous optimization of logistical business processes
• Management and coordination of cross-module processes and interfaces between SD, MM, and PP
• Resource and capacity planning within the team
• Prioritization, coordination, and distribution of tasks and requirements
• Gathering and prioritizing business requirements together with relevant stakeholders
• Coordination between business departments, SAP team, and other project participants
• Support for strategic transformation and digitalization projects
• Accompanying and supporting activities in the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Ensuring service quality and stability of the supported SAP applications

• Several years of experience in SAP Logistics
• Demonstrable experience as an SAP Team Lead / Team Manager or in a comparable functional leadership role
• Experience in leading and managing SAP teams
• Very good knowledge in at least one of the modules SAP SD, MM, or PP
• Very good cross-module process understanding in SAP SD, MM, and PP
• In-depth understanding of the interfaces and dependencies between SAP Logistics modules
• Experience in managing support, operations, and project activities
• Experience in resource planning, prioritization, and task management
• Experience in collaborating with business departments and business stakeholders
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as transformation or digitalization projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Very good German and English language skills
